Allen + Roth makes a ceiling fan that can be hung from a hook anywhere. It is rated for wet location, so you don’t have to have it in a covered area.
This fan can be suspended from a secure hook from any structure that can safely support 65 pounds.
(The fan does not weigh that much, but needs that much support when it’s spinning.)

The fan is finished in dark brown, Brushed Oil Rubbed Bronze. It is a matt finish. The blades are Deep Cinnamon Red.
It has three speed settings. The blades have a 24° pitch, so it puts out a lot of wind, airflow up to 3,030-CFM.
The clips shown in the photo come with the fan.
The fan will fit anywhere, even with small areas or lower ceilings. The fan is only 20″ wide. It is 15.6″ total height and has a 4″ downrod.
You can hang the fan from an angled ceiling, as long as it is not going to hit.
The controls are on the bottom of the fan. Just turn.
