I was helping someone identify what they thought was Blue Willow china and found this beautiful collection, Blue Canton by Mottahedeh. Besides the dishes, serving pieces and bake ware in this pattern, they also make these pieces that are pretty much just for display.

Johnson Brothers makes a little night light in “Old Willow,” their iconic blue and white china pattern. It is white with the cobalt blue transfer. The pagoda is made of the same ceramics as the dishes. There is a candelabra base socket inside the pagoda. It has an on/off switch.
